Screening at Unity Fest

WFC will be at the Unity Islamic Center for their annual Unity Fest providing Health Education, Health Screenings, and outreach for Get Covered Illinois. This opportunity is open to all who are interested, especially medical students or high school and college students going into the medical field! Volunteers will be checking blood pressure, blood sugar, and recording patient data on a Screening form.
